finding out ghc version from closed issue

Dear members, I am facing this problem with ghc-9.10.3: https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/issues/25477 It looks like the problem is already fixed at some later version. My question is... how do I find out the ghc version from the issue or from the git commit?
