I have temporarily alleviated this problem with a restart.

The wiki is powered by a mysql database that ran out of disk space. But
there is plenty of space on the system! It's "just" a configuration error.

Thank you for the report. I can't promise we'll fix the underlying issue
before another incident occurs, but we'll do our best.
