The ghci debugger patches

(Sorry for multiple posting: sending untarred this time)

Here come the ghci.debugger patches!

  I couldn't use darcs send, postfix wouldn't get past the firewall  
here and I'm not an expert. I hope an attachment will be ok.

Disclaimers:

- I couldn't send my original patches due to a number of conflicting  
patches I had been acummulating. So instead of sending a 'big one  
patch' I have manually partitioned it in several smaller, which  
should be nice for reviewing and (I'm not sure anymore) for Darcs  
conflicts. Hopefully I got them right. Note that each of these  
individual patches will leave the repository in an inconsistent  
state, i.e. one should pull them all together.

- Patches to the base package and the testsuite will follow.

- The debugger is not 100% completed, I am still working on it. That  
said, it is in a very usable state right now and my biggest concern  
are bugs, not missing features.

- Thus, there are some few tests in the debugger testsuite which  
don't pass yet. Also, testing so far has been limited to Debian and  
Mac Os.

There is a documentation page at the GHC wiki, listed in the  
commentary under contributions. I think it's quite almost up to date,  
maybe during this week I will find the time to add anything missing.


I apologize in advance for any breakage these patches might inflict  
on ghc :)
I will be available for any request.
