  Note: Although the DocBook in this directory is valid, it is stylistically in
  rather bad shape: A lot of elements like "literal" or "emphasis" are used for
  layout, not as a semantic structure as intended by DocBook. Furthermore, there
  is a lot of confusion between "screen" and "programlisting". I won't fix this,
  because it is a *lot* of work...
  
  Furthermore, Sigbjorn might want to have a look at the Makefile, I doubt that
  installing and/or building a binary distribution still work the way it used to,
  but I can't test this currently.
