How to compile hdirect?

Hi.

I have some problems:
I get the error ../src/ihc: command not found.
I've tried compiling on windows with ghc 6.2.2 and 6.4.1 on cygwin and
MSYS.

Which versions do you use?

What must be done to compile cvs version?
