I don't like typing on the cramped little keyboard on my Windows
laptop so to expand on that message:

This commit and the previous one to hslibs/xlib make HGL work
smoothly with the latest checkout of hugs98.

There's a _very slight_ risk of incompatability of the win32 one
with any changes in convert_libraries in the last 3 weeks or so
since I last copied files over from a machine where I can
  run convert_hslibs/libraries.

There's also a slight risk that it doesn't work with the hierarchial
libraries since I only tested with whatever the default path is
  (hslibs I think).

Final caveat: my definition of 'work' is that graphics/tests/GTest.main
  produces plausible results.

ps I'm taking a few days off.

As far as I'm concerned, everything is looking good to start doing
release candidates once copyright dates and date in banner are
   checked over.
