FYI: I'll re-run the conversion and test what's going regarding the empty 
directories. :-( Currently I'm a bit clueless because the master repo differs 
from the one I've checked out. I think I'll have to remove these on the 
server and record this change there.

I'll let you know when I'm finished... *sigh*
