GHC 8.8.1 Fails to Build on macOS with Native clang 11.0.0

I’m trying to update the MacPorts ghc port. The build isn’t getting the TAG_MASK #define for some reason, which breaks the build. The previous release ghc 8.6.5 builds successfully.

Error:

I’m using the macOS native clang:

$ which clang
/usr/bin/clang
$ clang --version
Apple clang version 11.0.0 (clang-1100.0.33.16)
Target: x86_64-apple-darwin18.7.0
