hat error

I get the following error message from hat's internals:

legion:haskell> hmake -hat SimonGA
hat-trans  SimonGA.hs

Fail: AuxFixity.hs:92: Non-exhaustive patterns in case

The program compiles fine under nhc and ghc without hat.
