In fact, all html, tex, postscript and pdf versions of both the user 
manual and the tutorial are for Hat 2.02, not the most recent 2.04.

The distribution includes the most recent documentation in the docs 
subdirectory.

Malcolm, I don't have write permission on the hat subdirectory of 
haskell.org (and the York copy). Could you copy these files please?
