Oddness...

I've been trying to get hat-trans to eat QuickCheck, without much  
success.  Is there something I'm missing?  I'm getting this error:

hat-trans QuickCheck.hs
head: `-1 ' option is obsolete; use `-n 1' since this will be removed  
in the future
hat-trans: Variable or constructor not in scope: chr

Any ideas?  I know Neil got it to work, so I'm guessing brain fart on  
my part.
