found the solution:

in 
/usr/lib/ghc-6.0.1/package.conf
the package named "OpenGL" contains 

     extra_ld_opts =
       ["",
	"-lGLU",
	"-lGL",

but it has to contain

     extra_ld_opts =
       ["",
	"-lGL",
	"-lGLU",

so that libGL.so will be loaded before libGLU.so.
with this patch it works. :)
