GHC 6.3 is an old development version of GHC. Install 6.4 if you
haven't already.

You don't need GreenCard. HOpenGL is installed by default.

Everything on http://www.haskell.org/HOpenGL/ is really outdated.
There's an updated version of Planets.hs in the GHC 6.4 distribution.
