Broken links for Netscape users

This is not really a hugs-bug, but I could not find out
where else to send it:

The links to the .msi files on
http://cvs.haskell.org/Hugs/pages/downloading.htm
are still broken for Mozilla-based (i.e. Mozilla :)
browsers, though the note says they should be fixed. I
suspect this is a CR/LF problem.
