Hi Jeff,

Are you referring to the current binaries on the Hugs download page?  
They were updated on Aug 30, and should run cleanly on MacOS X 10.2.  
If you still have problems with the latest version, please send me a 
more detailed description of what's happening, and we'll take it from 
there.
