Hi Noah,

You need to set up the search path of your shell to include 
/usr/local/bin/, which is where hugs gets installed.  If you're using 
the deafult shell, add the line

    setenv PATH $PATH:/usr/local/bin/

to the file .tcshrc in your home directory (create if it doesn't 
exist), or check out
