  * status:  new => assigned

Comment:

 The user shouldn't have to run the installer as administrator, it should
 be happy running as the current user. However if you do, it will install
 under administrator only, so I guess there are two things here:

 1) Install for all users option
 2) Detect that you are being "run as", and figure out what to do
