aux.dtd inconvenient on Windows

Hi,

This is not really a bug but an inconvenience.  Checking out the cvs
repository version of nhc98 doesn't work on my WinXP system as the file:

   nhc98/src/libraries/HaXml/bugs/aux.dtd

cannot be created (aux is a reserved filename).  Not a big deal since I
was able to checkout on a Unix box and copy over, but it might be worth
changing the name.
