nhc98 and Hat

Hi there,

I am using nhc98 (installed in my own directory)
and just compiled Hat separately

I try to run Hat with

hmake -hat hello

but gives me :

Warning: -package hat library  not found.
(tried -I and -P options but did not help)

What have I done wrong?
