Hello,

Thanks to help from Malcolm Wallace, a build of the nhc98 1.17 snapshot
is available for AIX5.1L PowerPC architectures at:

gopher://quux.org/1/devel/AIX/nhc98
http://quux.org/devel/AIX/nhc98

I am also uploading a built source tree tarball in case that is useful
for anyone.  (Wait about an hour for that one to appear)
