new TH tutorial (request for comments)

hi,

(excuse the repost, but i guess my last post wasn't presented in a way
that would readily incite responses...)

i've recently written a tutorial on template haskell located at
(http://www.haskell.org/hawiki/TemplateHaskellTutorial).

it contains examples of loop unrolling, code transformation, etc and i
would very much appreciate any feedback or corrections.
