[ANN] IoSpec

I've come back to the mailing list to announce a bold new project I'm working on, to write an executable specification of the Io language. I've started the project tonight, and will keep adding specs around core behaviour of the language, and otherwise, so we can help pinpoint bugs, drive development, and ensure different implementations are compatible.

I'd be happy to have as many of you contribute as possible, in whatever way you think you can. Helping improve the testing tool, the tests themselves, whatever you can or would like to contribute, if anything at all.
