Re: [iobin] Io Language Binary Builds update

Just a quick update - someone pointed out a bug with the Mac installer 
over email, and as a result, I've rebuilt it and reup-ed it.  
Apparently, this particular bug has been in there since the initial 
iobin release for Mac, so my apologies.

Essentially, the installer was installing to /usr rather than 
/usr/local, causing Addons to not work at all, despite being installed.  
The new installer fixes this.  If you used the previous installers for 
Mac, please upgrade to the new version, and when doing so, please read 
the readme.  It contains instructions on manually uninstalling the old 
version, which you should do to ensure you're using the new binaries.
