[jruby-user] Google App Engine + JRuby, is that production ready ?

Hi all,


I'm looking to have a big Ruby on Rails production website running on
Google App Engine.

What I thought of appengine is that I would be able to generate a WAR with
warbler and everything should be fine. But I saw this project (with no
update since 2011) : https://code.google.com/p/appengine-jruby/

Is that necessary to run rails on GAE ? Anyone got some experience and
feedback to give ?

Regarding the technology choice, I'm force by my client to use GAE, I can't
use Google Compute Engine or other hosting options.
