Hello, are there any molecular biologists on the list ? If so, I am releasing the very first pre-beta version of some software I have been using to study cold adaptation at a molecular level. The site is http://arctic.imb.fm.uit.no:8080/Envision/academic The project involves the use of Java3D, Swing, Webstart, bundled helper applications and about a lot of other things that could go wrong. Please use the appropriate Java Webstart link, as the helper applications have been precompiled for each architecture (windows -Not Vista, linux, osx) Documentation is not good, but I have posted some tutorials on the site. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, as I am submitting an article in the near future. Thanks Chris Fenton Department of Molecular Biotechnology.
