Jython 2.7.3 soft launch

Hi all,

I have put together a soft launch of Jython 2.7b3. This fits in with
the way uploads to the maven.org repository work. An upload is staged
and then if all is well I push another button and the release becomes
permanent. I think I'll let these hang out for about a week so we can
test for problems and do the real launch next weekend.

The parent directories of each of the above have the checksums, source
jars, javadocs, etc.
