2nd Jython 2.7 b3 soft launch

Hi all,

I have put together a second soft launch of Jython 2.7b3. This fits in with
the way uploads to the maven.org repository work. An upload is staged
and then if all is well I push another button and the release becomes
permanent. Once again I'll let these hang out for about a week so we can
test for problems and do the real launch in about a week.

Raw jar: https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/orgpython-1022/org/python/jython/2.7-b3/jython-2.7-b3.jar

The parent directories of each of the above have the checksums, source
jars, javadocs, etc.
