Re: Upgrading user controls to include captchas on jython wiki

These controls are switched on as of last night, and edits are working for me.

I have changed the front page to mention the change in policy and list jython-users as the list to email if people want to be added for now. We can setup something more dedicated if people think that makes sense.

The list of editors are set by these two pages and this should include the other replies to this thread.

https://wiki.python.org/jython/EditorsGroup (currently empty)
https://wiki.python.org/jython/TrustedEditorsGroup (should contain everyone mentioned on this thread)

Do shout if there's problems.

Cheers
Adam

(Right now I only look at the wiki myself when I'm consulting some of the design docs we keep there, at least at this point in the dev lifecycle.) Therefore I think moving to a whitelist approach of a trusted user group makes sense. Any objection here? (I should point out that we currently also whitelist this email list for submissions.)

In any event, it's easy enough to get a decent initial list together for Adam/Marc - simply respond to this email with your wiki login to add. Presumably we can get this updated readily going forward.

A confirmation that is fine from this list / jython dev owners would be good, if no response in a few days I guess I'll take that as no objection. If there is some other owners or list I should ask please point me that way.
