4th (and I really hope last) Jython 2.7 b3 soft launch

Hi all,

I have put together a fourth soft launch of Jython 2.7b3. There was a
data loss bug found in the previous release which is now fixed. Since
it was a showstopper level bug it triggered another soft launch. If
there aren't any further showstopper level bugs I'll try to quickly
move this to a final 2.7b3.

The parent directories of each of the above have the checksums, source
jars, javadocs, etc.
