Looks like your email got through the first time, but that doesn't
guarantee that it will be seen given overflowing email boxes and all. So
it's not a bad idea at all to retry.

I can reproduce your problem, but not certain what is causing it. Since I
changed PythonInterpreter and PySystemState as part of a refactoring to
remove resource leaks and related mutable statics, I will take a look!
