Re: Jython 2.7

I expect this week we will have a soft release of the release candidate. I
have postponed or fixed the remaining urgent bugs that require code
development. Now the only remaining bug is packaging,
http://bugs.jython.org/issue2282, which requires a change in the build.xml.
However, if it proves to be too hard it will also get postponed, since a
workaround does exist AND we are going to update packaging in a future
release, namely support of Maven builds with
http://bugs.jython.org/issue2182
