For IronPython the plan was to target some random mix of features and
call it "3.0"  (similar to how PyPy handles it) but we may just aim
for 3.5 and have a whole lot of previews instead. I'll decide once
there's enough features in to actually consider a release - even
getting the latest stdlib to parse requires a fairly decent amount of
changes.
