I tested the installation on OSX 10.12 (Sierra), including the smoke test
for pip/setuptools (yolk) and the regrtest, and it works as expected.

As I mentioned in http://bugs.jython.org/issue2594, test_load_cert_chain in
test_ssl relies on signed jars in Bouncy Castle. Fortunately if those jars
are on the CLASSPATH, they will precede Jython's shaded/uber jar variants.
