Re: Jython 2.7.1 rc2 soft release

Agreed about switching our focus to Jython 3. This is the same reason why
Python 3 is not backwards compatible in this way, and I'm sure the
frustration of actually working with such loose typing — the never ending
aspect of it — is what motivated Guido to abandon such compatibility.

Time to release RC2, and hopefully this will be 2.7.1.
