Jython 2.7.2rc1

It's beginning to look like we might be ready for a release candidate. 
Does anyone object? Have I missed a treasured patch?

Not much has changed from b3. Only the fix to 
https://bugs.jython.org/issue2862 seems remotely risky. The package 
cache relocates to the current working directory. I've opted to fix it 
in the way I thought least likely to break anything. (It always seemed 
to me an odd choice that a cache should be shared system wide. A search 
leads only to people seeking help to work around this odd choice.)

Bit busy this week, so probably this will be late in the week, and 
appear over next weekend.
