First of all, pip support is awesome! How complicated would it be to
have pip installation as an optional functionality in the installer?
That's, AFAIK, how CPython installers on Windows handle pip nowadays.

This is great too!

Tab completion seems to work fine on Windows, but I assume the above
comment was about pip support. The only problem I noticed with Jython
console on a quick test on Windows was that exiting it requires Ctrl-D
and not Ctrl-Z as with CPython.

Anyway, Jython 2.7 beta 4 seems to be a great release. Based on my
testing on Linux and Windows it is so solid that we can finally drop
Jython 2.5 support with Robot Framework. Already looking forward for
rc1!
