jython on widows server 2012 r2

Hi All, I've test a jython script below running at windows 2012 r2 env:

a)
import java,os
os.system("dir c:\\")
=> is working

b)
import java,os
os.system("dir c:\\ \> c:\\temp\\out.txt")

=>is not working
=>no error, but no output at c:\temp\out.txt
