Yes that issue is also same raised by my team.

No, we have never seen this issue anywhere, this is first instance directly from customer environment.

We have tried to simulate this issue in our local setup, but couldn't other systems also tried but not seen this issue.

Could you please let me know which configuration are you stressing here, can you supply commands to check configurations?

this is already tracked as an issue: http://bugs.jython.org/issue2626
I replied yesterday that more information is needed.
Please look into the issue linked above and provide the things I
requested there.
It is important to know the details of your configuration, because
I cannot reproduce the issue on any of my systems. So there must
be something special to your configuration. Did you also try it on
other systems?

I'm facing BufferOverflow Exception when jython interpreter is trying to start.
Below is an excerpt of error.
