Dear Colleagues,

The spam messages getting through the mailman filters for this list
seem to be increasing and are, at this point, disproportionately large
in number in comparison with the messages with real content. This has
necessitated a change in moderation policy: henceforth only messages
from registered members of the mailing list will be considered for
forwarding.
