Before there's a flood of "me too" messages -- there's been some talk
behind the scenes by people who've helped with organization in
previous years.  If you don't hear anything concrete in a few weeks,
then would be a good time to ping the list again.  But I don't think
organizers haven't come forth because they think there's a lack of
interest.

The loss of Ken was a significant blow.  I had intended to propose
hosting it, but I ended up needing to be in London this week, which
has been the traditional time for the event, so I didn't volunteer.
So now there is some talk about having it in the spring instead.
Anyone in the Boston area reading this who'd like to take the lead,
please respond!
