Change build ouput names

I'm trying to make a debug build which makes a luabind.debug.dll and a
release build that makes luabind.release.dll .
I know next to nothing about dll's unfortunately, and absolutely
nothing about bjam, so I'm at a bit of a loss as to whether this is
possible/easy?

Is it as simple as changing an option on the bjam call?
