Luabind compile error with XCode 4 targetting iPhone - "reference to 'object' is ambiguous"

Hi,

I've just added Luabind 0.9.1 to a project and tried to compile. I'm getting a pile of errors about "reference to 'object' is ambiguous". Google gives a few other people with the same issue, but no solution, so I'm hoping someone here might have come across this before and solved it?
