lsqlite3 0.9.7 is not available on LuaRocks

Dear Lua developers

It's been 4 months and lsqlite3 0.9.7 is still not available on LuaRocks. lsqlite3 0.9.7 is the only version that supports Lua 5.5. Can you contact to javierguerragiraldez​ and dougcurrie​ to make the latest lsqlite3 available on LuaRocks. I already opened a ticket on the dev site https://lua.sqlite.org/home/tktview/9b52e8a6e3 with no success.
