at least with Firefox, I'm greeted by a "accept terms of service" checkbox,
but the both the "terms of service" and "privacy policy" are not real
links, they're JS buttons that make the respective terms appear *in the
background*, so they're unreadable.  (behind a transparent grey curtain,
partly covered by the box itself, and can't be scrolled), so I can't read
the terms to "agree".  at least not without opening the resultant DOM.
