One thing I'd like us to do is implement require() such that it can be
used instead of cheia.load().  I'm not sure, but I suspect we can do
this just by adjusting the LUA_PATH variable so that it finds our stub
loaders.  I think that would make luacheia code look more standard.

In fact, I think it might be a good idea to transition all our
module_paths mechanisms to use Lua's existing LUA_PATH.
