luaSocket 2.0beta2 needed one change. :)

Sys module was most work, but I have sort-of nice ANSI->Unicode 
conversion macros now.  Basically, it's a stripped down Win32 API.  
Most (all?) Unixism function names - forget about them!  (s.a. 'remove' 
etc.)

I do need some of 'LuaCE' code (not sure yet, how much).  LuaX for 
WinCE should be ready within next week.
