I'd hope so.. (being able to target WinCE from gcc)

However, for the moment the solution is partial (I'm on their mailing 
list) and not for true use, yet.  Within a year or so, I think it 
should be okay.

The thing they have is called 'pgcc' (pocket gcc) and it's not part of 
mainstream gcc, yet.
