I often had problems when compiling because I used to have a Lua5=20
installation under /usr/local, so when linking against "-llua -llualib"=20=

GCC first finds the ones in /usr/local/lib instead of the ones that in=20=

the build tree. Maybe you should check wether you have no Lua libraries=20=

either in standard places or installed by Fink or similar utilities=20
(i.e: in /usr/lib, /usr/local/lib, /sw/lib and so on). Apart from that=20=

I had no problems building LuaCheia myself.

Some last words: If you want to use LuaCheia on MacOS X I strongly=20
recommend using the latest code from CVS. There should be more releases=20=

since the last TGZ with sources was uploaded to Sourceforge, I know,=20
but I'm very busy (4th year in the University is somewhat hard) and the=20=

other developers have their own reasons for not working too much in=20
LuaCheia :-\

Finally, if you want a product being actively developed, go on for=20
Asko's LuaX. It's a good piece of software, too ;-)
