could you please disseminate the attached Advance Program T.E.L.'03
around your circles? Thank you

T.E.L.'03 discussion FORUM will open early October for registrered
participants to interact with authors. You can read contributed papers
posted at T.E.L.'03 website
http://giorgio.usr.dsi.unimi.it/ .

Papers will still be public for a few days but will be restricted to
paying partecipants when discussion FORUM opens - papers' abstracts will
remain available to everybody interested.

Please note that we are keeping registration fees low to encourage
attendance (ELERN Conference in Berlin 4-6december costs 750 euro early).
I hope to surprise you with a welcome dinner wednesday 19th november.

October.
