Hi! Could you add link to my version of the ODBC library to either extras/README.md or a new file extras/odbc/README.md? Users possibly won't find my version, when they find the old ODBC library, and will be frustrated. This could be the text of the link: Volker Wysk has written [an improved version of the ODBC library](https://gitlab.com/volkerwysk/odbc). Most notably, it is thread-safe.
